Bidding your vehicle

 Auctions Online - How to get your car at auctions in Japan online.

Japan Auto Exports Co., Ltd offers online access to auctions in Japan. Once you register yourself yourself with us, you can access thousands of vehicles and find your desired car.

Here are the steps towards your future car:

  1. Register with us.   (Please read our Privacy Policy)

  2. Receive auction link with log-in information.

  3. Now you have access to thousands of vehicles in multiple auctions 6 days a week. (except Sunday)

On the auction site, you will be able to find:

     4.   Once you find your desired vehicle, email us with the vehicle information listed below:

  • Auction Name
  • Auction Date
  • Vehicle Name
  • Stock Number
  • Your Bid Price 

      5.   Make a deposit of 80,000 Japanese Yen to Japan Auto Exports Co., Ltd, you can pay by Pay Pal.

      6.    Once your deposit is received, the bidding process begins. We will check and inspect your vehicle to ensure quality. Once we are satisfied with the car condition, we will bid for the vehicle at your target price.

      7.     Successful Bidding:    Congratulations!   The car is yours.  You will be sent an invoice for the balance, payment to be made within 3 working days.

      8.     Unsucessful bidding:

  • We will retain the down-payment against future bids or
  • We will return the down-payment to you via Pay Pal.

      9.     Once full payment is received, your vehicle will be shipped by first available ship and documents will be sent by courier.

                       *    We also allow third party to visit us on your behalf to check on vehicle, documents and cost break-down.

                       *    Japan Auto Exports charges very reasonable fee for bidding and exporting your vehicle. Our fee is 80,000 Yen per vehicle + all costs incurred.  If you purchase 2 vehicles or more, our fee is just 60,000 Yen per vehicle.
